Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. Online purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT ONLY.

Items purchased at a discount or items in a SALE category are FINAL SALE. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, no makeup stains, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at verocollective@gmail.com. Please note that returns must be sent to our central office in Brandon, MS (exact address will be given to you once a return is requested).

If your return is accepted, you the customer will be responsible for paying for shipping handling of the returned item.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Order Cancellation and Changes:

We are unable to cancel or change ANY order placed for ANY reason. If eligible, you are welcome to return your item once you receive it.
